Da Vinci Fissure flute
Anne Kirchmeier presents L. de Vinci's fissured flute made in 2019 by the L. de Vinci Cultural Research Association of Sion.

This instrument was made by Giacomo Andreola from the sketch of L da Vinci present in the F. 1106 r of the Codex Atlanticus, without any mechanical addition, and is perfectly playable.
Its fundamental note is an F and its extension is an octave and a fifth or two octaves. A specific technique based on the movement of the palms is necessary.
